Advancing nursing readiness, protecting credential integrity, and strengthening trust.

Who We Are

The Independent Nurses Integrity & Readiness Council (INIRC) is a professional initiative dedicated to strengthening the connection between nursing credentials and real-world clinical readiness.

While education and licensure remain essential components of the nursing profession, INIRC recognizes that safe and effective patient care also depends on how clinical competence translates into real practice environments.

Through collaboration with healthcare leaders, educators, and organizations, INIRC works to explore frameworks that support readiness, reinforce ethical standards, and promote consistent professional performance across healthcare systems.
